Search folders will stay and automatically show other proofs that match the search criteria as they are created. These folders are a great way to keep track of a campaign, project or customer. When you are finished with your search folder, simply close the folder.

Creating a dynamic search folder

Step 1

On the dashboard, search for a tag, or part of the proof name – for example search for:

  • A project number
  • Customer reference
  • Campaign name

The search will automatically save as a search folder.

Step 2

Close the search folder when you are finished with it by clicking x.
