It is easy to connect the popular project management tool monday.com with PageProof using our native integration so your team can keep track of your proofs in monday.com for even better teamwork.

With the PageProof app, monday.com users can create proofs and reference them to a board, group, or item to keep your team up to date with progress of approvals.

To get started you need an account in monday.com and an account in PageProof.

As the team administrator, click your avatar and select team, then integrations and select the monday.com integration. This will take you to the monday.com apps marketplace. Install the app.

In monday.com, add a view of your proofs.

On a board in monday.com, add the PageProof board overview. Or, on an item in monday.com add the PageProof Item View. Click connect and authorize.

Now monday.com and PageProof are connected.

There are several ways to send proof information over to monday.com:

A board integration template allows you to set up an automatic rule to add a new proof as an item on a board when a PageProof user creates a new proof. You can set what information flows from PageProof over to monday.com and where that information will show.

To reference a proof to a monday.com board, group, or item – firstly make sure the reference field is turned on under your team settings. Then in the proof setup screen, click the 3 dots next to the reference field, choose monday.com and whether you’d like to reference a board, group, or item. This can be done when the proof is first set up, or afterwards in the proof’s info pane.

Now you’re ready to view proof information in monday.com.

There are several views you might like to add to monday.com:

Shows all proofs referencing a board, group or item, along with their status and overview information. A new proof can be created from an item’s file if you like.

Shows all proofs referencing an item, along with their status and overview information. You can set the column of information you’d like to see too.

A dashboard widget is helpful giving you another overview showing you proofs across multiple boards.
