Blank screen when viewing an html proof?

If you’ve opened an html web banner or ad proof and you are seeing a blank screen, your ad-blocker will be preventing the html content displaying on-screen.

Turn off your ad-blocker by going to your browser extensions – either disable it, or uninstall it.

If you’ve opened a url proof and you’re seeing a blank screen, the https:// link is possibly redirecting to an http:// link behind-the-scenes.
