As a proof owner or team administrator, if you need to manually archive the proof during its progress, you can.

PageProof auto-archives proofs when you have completed your proofing role, and also when final approval is given.

As a proof owner, or team administrator, if you need to manually archive the proof during its progress, you can.

To archive a proof

Step 1

Click the cog icon to manage your proof.

Step 2

Click archive proof.

Step 3

Click yes, archive to confirm.

If a proofer searches for the proof via the dashboard, or opens the proof from the email invitation, they will be able to view the proof but no further comments can be added.

After a proof has been manually archived, it can be re-opened if required.

You can also bulk archive completed proofs by following the steps outlined here.
