Change the proof’s download setting, checklist settings, quickly upload a new version, unlock, archive and reopen. Also access the audit from the manage pane.

Add a workflow template to multiple proofsIf you have several proofs in your outbox saying ‘reviewers needed’, you can add a workflow template to these proofs in one bulk action.
Generating an anonymous print sheet of commentsWhen generating a print sheet PDF you can choose to anonymize the PDF which will remove details of who made the comments.
Proof approved confettiWhen a proof is approved you’ll see a burst of confetti, but if you’d like to disable this pop of joy on screen, you can.
Out of office detectionPageProof will let you know if reviewers you have invited to a proof are detected to be out of the office and unavailable.
AuditAudit is available for Team and Enterprise plans and lets proof owners deep-dive into events that occurred during the proof’s lifecycle.
ReportingAs a team member, you can generate reports on how well your proofs are performing. Team reporting is available to team administrators.
Automatic remindersAdd a reminder (or several reminders) to your proof so that a nudge is automatically sent out when the time is right.
Unlocking a proofIf you are the owner, gatekeeper, or approver who has locked the proof, you can unlock it to give back the red pen to everyone involved.
Generating a print sheet of commentsIf you would like to generate a PDF of a proof and its comments and decisions along the way, or an approval record, you can.
Downloading a proofAs the proof owner, you can control whether the original file uploaded to PageProof, can be downloaded by proofers or not.
Making your proof downloadableAs a proof owner, you can set whether the original file you uploaded as your proof is able to be downloaded or not.
Nudge a reviewer to send a reminderTo keep your proof moving along, you can send a friendly nudge email to a reviewer if they haven’t looked, or finished reviewing your proof.

How to manage your proof


Nudge reviewers on multiple proofsYou can bulk nudge reviewers who are not yet finished proofing on several proofs at once on your dashboard.
Set multiple proofs to the status ‘new version required’Ready to upload new versions to multiple proofs at once? Use a bulk action on the dashboard to set the status ‘new version required’
Due dates and time zonesWhat time zone is my proof using? How does my reviewer see it if they are in a different time zone? How is the due date and time displayed.
Change the due date and time for multiple proofsYou can change the due date and time for several proofs at once on your dashboard. You must be the proof owner or team administrator.
Start a new proof from an approved proofIt’s easy to create a new proof from an approved proof if you’d like to use the same original proof file.
Due datesA proof can have an overall due date, and also due dates for one or more of the workflow steps if you like.
Delete multiple proofsAs an owner, you can bulk delete several proofs at once if you like through the manage proofs feature on your dashboard.
What is a proof share link?Each proof has a unique url. If a proof has ‘share link’ turned on, it can easily be shared to others.
Replacing a proof fileIf you need to replace the file uploaded for a proof, you can. Doing so will not affect the version number of the proof.

Adding an owner to a proof when you’re not the ownerIf a proof owner is away and someone else in the team must manage the proof in their absence, a team administrator can add an owner.
Add an editor to multiple proofsUsing a bulk action on the dashboard, you can add an editor to several proofs at once. You can have as many editors as you need too.
Archive multiple proofsYou can bulk archive several proofs at once on your dashboard. You must be the proof owner or team administrator.
Archiving a proofAs a proof owner or team administrator, if you need to manually archive the proof during its progress, you can.
Managing proofs on your dashboardFor proofs that you own, you can perform bulk actions on them under the manage icon on your dashboard.
Deleting a proofProof owners can delete a proof, or version of a proof, if they want all trace of it removed. Deleting a proof is permanent.
Reopen a proofAs a proof owner, if you need to reopen an archived proof you can. When you reopen a proof, it will resume where it left off.
Replacing the approver on multiple proofsYou can replace the approver on multiple proofs that are ‘in proofing’ that you own on your dashboard.
Reopening an archived proofIf a proof has manually been closed and archived, you can reopen the proof to where it was last left off.
Add a message to reviewers to multiple proofsUsing a bulk action on the dashboard, you can add a message to reviewers to multiple proofs that you own.
Adding a checklist to a proof that is in progressOwners can add a checklist template to a proof that is already underway and in a status of in proofing. Here’s how.
