Putting your plan on hold (or cancelling)

We know that your project workload isn’t always consistent – sometimes it ramps up, and other times you could use a little breathing room. That’s why we offer flexible options:

Pause your plan for a little while

If you need a temporary break, you’ve got it! You can pause your plan for a period that suits your needs.

Prefer to cancel instead?

No problem – simply reach out to our friendly team through the in-app chat on your dashboard and we'll guide you through the cancellation process according to our terms.

What happens to your proofing history?

We’ll hold onto your proofing history for three months, just in case you want to return. After that, it will be permanently deleted.

If your needs change in the future, our team will be ready to help you get set up again in just a few clicks.
