Downgrading your account

We understand that projects and proofing often has peaks and troughs.

• If you need to put your PageProof team plan on hold for a short while, you can.

• If you'd like to cancel your account, please get in contact with our team in-app, or via the email below and we'll start the cancellation notice period as per our terms.

Simply email us at [email protected] and we can help you out.


Your proofing history will be kept for 3 months and then will be permanently deleted.
