When a team member has left an organization, the team administrator can disable their account to prevent them logging in.

Team administrators: Disabling login access for a team member

Step 1

In the main menu select teams then team members.

Step 2

Click the i icon on a team member’s profile tile to open the info pane.

Step 3

Set the login switch to off.
