When a team member has left an organization, the team administrator can disable their account to prevent them logging in.

Team administrators can disable the login access for a team member. Here’s how:

Disabling login access for a team member

Step 1

Click your avatar and select team, then team members.

Step 2

Toggle off the active access for the team member.

Team member listing show the active toggle on.

The user will no longer be able to log into PageProof. You can reactivate a user at any time.

Tips

  • Clicking a column heading will sort the data in the list – for example click the column heading team admin to sort the list of users to show who is a team admin first.

  • If you would like to export a list of team members, click the download icon next to the invite team button to download a csv file.
