If you have many people collaborating to edit an Office365, Google Doc or Google Sheet (for example a team of copy-writers working on a radio script, or a team of account managers revising a budget for a TVC), you can use PageProof to flow the document through a workflow inviting the right teams at the right time.

To create a proof of an Office365 file, Google Doc or Google Sheet

Step 1

Open the Office365 file, Google Doc or Google Sheet and click the Share button found at the upper right corner.

Step 2

Select Get shareable link found on the upper right of the pop-up screen. Revise the conditions of the document to Anyone with the link can edit and copy the URL.

Step 3

In PageProof, click the upload tile to view options:

upload files from a computer folder, website url, email, dropbox, google drive, box, onedrive

Click the URL icon and paste the URL of the Office365 file or Google Doc/Sheet. Continue to set up the proof as usual.
