Creating a proof from an iCloud Pages Keynote or Numbers link

If you have many people collaborating to edit one of Apple’s desktop applications (Pages, Keynote and Numbers) – for example, a team of copywriters working on a radio script, or a team of account managers revising a budget for a TVC – you can use PageProof to flow the iCloud document through a workflow inviting the right teams at the right time.

If your document is already saved in iCloud

Step 1

In iCloud open your document and click the share icon to create a shareable link to your document.
