As a video editor, you can manage reviewer feedback without losing your place in the project. Select a comment to see its marked-up frame and timeline position, filter and sort comments to focus on the feedback that matters, and reply directly in the PageProof plugin for Premiere. Easily mark comments as actioned and done, then send out a new version when you’re ready.

Bringing comments back into Adobe Premiere

Step 1

Open your Premiere project and the PageProof plugin.

Step 2

Open the inbox to see video proofs that have been returned with a to-do list.

Select the proof and the list of to-dos will be revealed on the right-hand side of the panel.

Step 3

Select a comment to reveal the comment’s position on the timeline.

Tips:

  • Click the 3 dots icon at the top right of the comment to open the comment context, view the comment on the proof in the browser, or copy the comment's text.

  • Click an attachment to download it.

  • Reply in the plugin if you need to ask a question or clarify a change.

  • Use the comment filters and sorting options to find and organize feedback.

Step 4

When the change has been made to the project, then mark the comment as done. This will move the comment into the Done area.

Upload a new version

When all the changes have been made to the artwork, click the 3 dots icon on the proof and select upload new version to upload a new version of the proof.

For steps on sending a sequence for review, see Creating a proof from Adobe Premiere.
