Generating an anonymous print sheet of comments
On occasion, you might want to generate a print sheet PDF of comments for an editor to work on – however, you might want to remove details of who made the comments. When generating a print sheet you can choose to anonymize the PDF. Making this selection will:
Remove the name/email address of who made the comment
Remove @ mention name/email addresses
Remove all hyperlinks to the comment, comment attachment, and proof.
Remove the message to owners
Remove details of who sent the to-do list/gave final approval, and decisions made.
To generate an anonymous print sheet PDF, select anonymize under the comments section.
