When reviewing a web proof (HTML banner, email, website, prototype, or zipped HTML), you can adjust the zoom level to inspect content more closely while still previewing how it responds across different screen sizes.
At the bottom of the proofing screen, use the Responsive menu to preview different device sizes, such as desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile.
On the left side of the proofing screen are the zoom controls.
Fit – Scale the proof to fit within the available viewing area.
– / + – Zoom out or in incrementally.
Shortcut keys: 0 (fit), 1 (100%), 2 (200%), and 4 (400%).
Zoom percentage – Displays the current zoom level. You can also click the percentage and enter a specific zoom value.
Pan – When the zoom level is greater than 100%, the Pan option appears. Select Pan, then click and drag anywhere on the proof to move around and inspect different areas. Select Pan again to turn off panning mode.
This is especially useful when reviewing fine details or large web pages that extend beyond the visible area.
Tip
You can quickly return to a full-page view at any time by selecting Fit (or pressing the shortcut key 0).
