A workflow can have as many steps as you like, including a final step which can be used to have one, or many approvers, or even no approvers at all. It is important to note that involving many approvers in the final step can result in the proof being returned prematurely with a to-do list when other approvers haven’t had a chance to add their feedback yet.

With all PageProof plans, you can ask our team for guidance on how to set up the perfect workflow for your team’s requirements.

How to add multiple approvers to your workflow

Step 1

In the last workflow step, add the approvers you require. The role permission will be set as approver.

Step 2

To add a decision threshold, for example 2 approvers are required, click the underlined text to change the setting.

The following options are available for how many decisions are required:

  • All

  • A number

  • Just one

Tip: If you are unsure who the approvers might be, you can follow these steps.

When the conditions for the final step are met, the proof will be given final approval.

If the final step contains no approvers, the proof owner must manually approve the proof to give final approval.
