PageProof custom fields for Asana

The PageProof integration for Asana lets an Asana team administrator create custom fields that display proof information directly within Asana projects.

These custom fields can be used in Asana rules, automations, and with Asana’s AI features, giving your team greater visibility and control over proofing workflows.

An Asana team administrators can add these custom fields to any projects.

Using PageProof triggers in Asana rules

Custom fields can also be combined with PageProof triggers in Asana rules to automate proof actions.


The following triggers are available:

  • Nudge reviewers: Reviewers who have not yet finished reviewing the proof will be nudged.

  • Skip current step: The mandatory reviewers and gatekeepers holding up the current workflow step will be skipped.

  • Approve proof: The proof will be given final approval.

  • Archive proof: The proof will be set to archived.

Proof status

  • Field title: PageProof Status

  • Field type: Single-select

  • Field options:

    • New

    • In proofing

    • To-dos requested

    • New version required

    • Has new version

    • Approved

    • Archived

  • Check add to field library.
