Bringing comments back into QuarkXPress

Create proofs directly from QuarkXPress, bring comments and markup back layered over your file – and more – with the PageProof XTension.

Written by Gemma

As a designer, it is quick and easy to create proofs directly from QuarkXPress and send them out to a PageProof workflow using the PageProof XTension for QuarkXPress. Then, when a to-do list has been returned, bring the comments and markup back into QuarkXPress layered over your artwork file.

The PageProof XTension for QuarkXPress lets you:

  • Create proofs and new versions

  • See comments and markup layered over your artwork file

  • Reply to comments

  • Select and replace text with comment text, in a click

  • Download comment attachments, even place the files!

  • View the original context of the comment – useful if the artwork has changed significantly.

And more.

Before getting started, make sure you have installed the PageProof XTension for QuarkXPress.
