Skip reviewers on multiple proofs

You can use a bulk action to skip unfinished mandatory and gatekeeper reviewers in the current workflow step across several proofs at once.

This helps proof owners move multiple proofs forward in their workflows directly from the dashboard.

Step 1

On your dashboard, click the cog icon.

Step 2

Select Skip, then select the proofs you want to move forward by marking them with a tick.

You can only select proofs that you own and that are currently in proofing.

Step 3

Select Skip all, then confirm that you want to skip all unfinished mandatory and gatekeeper reviewers in the current workflow step.

The selected proofs will then move forward according to their workflows.
