Troubleshooting checklist

  1. Your intenet is working
  2. Quit your browser and relaunch it
  3. Empty your browser cache

Instructions for emptying your browser cache

For Chrome:

  • Click the ... icon top right of the browser
  • Select History
  • Click Clear browsing data

For Safari:

  • Go to the Menu bar found at the top of the screen
  • Select History
  • Click Clear history...

For Firefox:

  • Click the 3 horizontal lines icon top right of your browser window and select Preferences
  • Select Privacy & Security
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data...

For Edge:

  • Click the ... icon top right of the browser
  • Select Settings
  • Click Privacy & security and tick cached data and files and click the clear button
