If you have received a Google or Microsoft Office 365 link (or others) that have semi-restrictions on who can view the content (for example, only users in my organization), please follow these instructions on how to log in to the web proof.

To log in to view the Google or Office 365 web proof

Clear your cookies and data in Chrome

Step 1

Go to your browser's privacy settings: Chrome settings -> privacy and security -> third-party cookies.

Step 2

Click see all site data and permissions.

See all site data and permissions in Chrome

Step 3

Search for pageproof.com and click the trash can icon to remove the site data and permissions.

Search for PageProof in Chrome's site data and permissions

Delete site data and permissions from Chrome

Log into Google/Office365, then view the proof

Step 1

Open a new tab (this is important that it is a new tab) and sign into your Google or Microsoft 365 account.

Step 2

Open a new tab and log into PageProof and open the web proof. You should now be seeing the Google or Office 365 proof you have been sent.
