PageProof plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud: File exports explained
When creating new proofs and new versions using the PageProof plugin for Adobe Creative Cloud, we export files as the following:
Adobe InDesign
By default, the file exported is a PDF-X/3 file that contains all the links, fonts, and transparency has been resolved by InDesign. Under PDF preset you can select to export an interactive PDF.
You can choose to export as spreads, and also define a page range.
You can add crop marks and bleed to your exported file if you would like.
Adobe Photoshop
The file exported is the native file – .psd, or you can choose .jpg or .png.
Adobe Illustrator
You can decide under format whether the file exported is an .ai file (the default), or a .pdf. All visible artboards are shown as pages.
Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
The sequence is exported to a H264 HD .mp4 file.
You can choose to set the in and out points in Premiere Pro.
