How to check interactivity on a PDF proof

To open a PDF proof to check any interactivity (for example links, and buttons), click the <i>preview</i> icon located in the magic tools on the proofing screen:

The original PDF will open in a new tab so that links and buttons can be checked. You can also <a href="https://help.pageproof.com/en/articles/5094533-text-search-in-a-pdf-proof">search for text</a> within the PDF document too.

Note: The proof owner must have <a href="https://help.pageproof.com/en/articles/365742-making-your-proof-downloadable">download proof</a> turned on for this functionality to be available to reviewers.
