Tip: Looking for a faster way? The PageProof Microsoft Office add-in lets you create proofs directly from Microsoft PowerPoint, making it easy to send presentations for review without leaving the application. If you prefer not to use the add-in, or it's not available to you, follow the manual steps below.

Step 1

Open Microsoft 365 PowerPoint (the online browser application for PowerPoint, not your desktop application). Then upload your PowerPoint template, or alternatively create your template directly in Microsoft 365 PowerPoint.
