You can easily create a proof directly from a Trello card attachment (or select a website url, or to create an email proof). Just follow these steps, but before you begin, make sure your team administrator has set up the PageProof & Trello integration.

To create a proof from a Trello card

Step 1

Open the Trello card. On the right-hand panel, select the PageProof Power-Up, then select one of the following options:

  • Create proof from attachment

  • Create proof from website url

  • Create an email proof.

Tip: Upload a zip containing multiple images, or multiple GIFs to create a single combined proof.

Step 2

In the proof setup screen, create and send out the proof. You’ll notice that the proof is already referencing the Trello card automatically.

Note: If you are creating an email proof, follow these instructions.

After the proof is created, the card will display a PageProof widget containing details such as:

  • The proof name and version

  • Due date

  • Current workflow step and step due date

  • Count of comments: Unmarked, to-do, and done.
