The PageProof Board View shows detailed information about PageProof proofs that reference your monday.com board, any of its groups, or any of its items. A new proof can be created from an item’s file with this view too.
To install the board view
Step 1
Below the board name and description, click + Add View and select Apps.
Step 2
Search for “PageProof” and add the PageProof Overview to your board.
This will create a new tab beside the main table, display information about proofs, and allow you to create new proofs and set any columns of data to be used when creating new proofs. For example to default the message to reviewers, due date etc.
Reference types
You can customize the board view to show the reference type:
Proofs that reference items on the board
Proofs that reference items or subitems on the board
Proofs that reference groups, items, or subitems on the board
Filters
If you apply a filter/s to your board view, depending on the reference type set, your filtered results may differ to what you expect.
Proofs that reference items on the board
Proofs will show that reference an item that matches your filter
Proofs that reference items or subitems on the board
Proofs will show that reference an item that matches your filter
Proofs will show that reference a subitem if the parent item matches your filter
Proofs that reference groups, items, or subitems on the board
Filters will be ignored. All proofs will show that reference the board or any of its groups, items, or subitems.
