PageProof templates
When a status changes to something create proof using proof template for each file in a column
Use this template to automatically create proofs using a proof template using a file in a column on your monday.com board when the status column changes. This will let you create a proof directly from monday.com without leaving monday.com!
For example, when the status column changes to ‘Send first proof’, create a proof using one of your proof templates and the file in the files column. See more on how to use this template.
Note: An item reference will be automatically added to the proof which you can see in the proof’s info pane.
When a proof is created by user, create an item and keep it in sync
When a specific user from your team creates a proof, automatically create an item in your monday.com board and keep the item in sync. For example, if the proof changes status, due dates etc, the information will be reflected in the columns of your monday.com board.
Note: An item reference will be automatically added to the proof which you can see in the proof’s info pane. See more on how to use this template.

See more on how to use this template.

See more on how to use this template.
