If you would like to nudge reviewers who are not yet finished proofing on several proofs that you own at once, you can do this on your dashboard.

On your dashboard, click the cog icon.

Select which proofs you’d like to nudge reviewers who are not yet finished by marking them with a tick. You will only be able to tick proofs that you own and that are in the status of in proofing.

Select nudge, add a message to accompany the nudge email notification if you like, and then yes, nudge.
