Decision summary and workflow progressA summary of decisions and workflow progress can be seen at the top of the proofing screen, in the info pane, and on the proof tile.
Default due date or deadline of a proofA proof’s default due date is in 3 days time, but if you want to change the default due date (and more) you can under your profile settings.
How to add or edit proof tagsTags are automatically created based on the proof’s name, however you can edit these tags after the proof has been sent out.
Adding and removing a proof ownerAs an owner on the proof, you can add or remove another proof owner. Proof owners can manage all aspects of the proof during its lifecycle.
Request unlockIf the proof has been locked for review by a gatekeeper or approver, you can request that the proof is unlocked to use your red pen.
Adding a reviewer to a proofDoes anyone else need to review the proof? If so, add their email address into the proof’s workflow to invite them.
