Once a proof receives final approval, PageProof sends the approved file directly to your nominated MediaValet category folder. Every FinalFile delivery is logged in the proof’s audit trail for full visibility and governance.
Requirements for FinalFile delivery to MediaValet
To use the MediaValet integration, you’ll need:
An Enterprise PageProof plan
A connected MediaValet account
(Optional) A proof template containing a MediaValet tag – this ensures a consistent proof setup and guarantees delivery to MediaValet.
How to connect MediaValet to PageProof
To set up and authorize the MediaValet connection, the following information is required:
Service account email and password
Client ID
Client secret
Subscription key
Category ID (the MediaValet category folder where final files will be delivered).

Delivering the final approved file
When a proof is given final approval, PageProof will deliver the approved file to MediaValet if the proof contains either of these tags:
