FinalFile® delivery for SharePoint: automatically send final approved files from PageProof to a chosen SharePoint document library, with every delivery recorded in the proof’s audit trail.

Written by Gemma

FinalFile® delivery lets PageProof send approved files to SharePoint, so they arrive in the right document library without manual downloading or uploading.

Once a proof receives final approval, PageProof delivers the approved file when the proof has a configured SharePoint delivery tag. Each delivery is recorded in the proof’s audit trail.

Requirements for FinalFile® delivery to SharePoint

To set up the SharePoint integration, you’ll need:

  • A Teams Plus or Enterprise PageProof plan

  • Team admin permissions in PageProof

  • A Microsoft account with write access to the SharePoint document library where files will be delivered

Your Microsoft 365 organization may require an administrator to approve the connection.

How to connect SharePoint to PageProof

A team admin can connect SharePoint from the team’s integration settings.

Step 1

In PageProof, open your team settings and select Integrations.

Step 2

Find SharePoint and enable the integration. Sign in with the Microsoft account you want to use for delivery and approve the requested access.

Step 3

Choose where approved files will be delivered:

  • Default Microsoft user
The Microsoft account PageProof uses to deliver final approved files.

  • Document library
Choose a SharePoint site, then select a document library within that site.

  • Folder
Choose a folder in the selected document library, or leave the destination set to the library root.

  • Delivery tags
Add the tag or tags that identify proofs for SharePoint delivery. For example, add sharepoint to deliver proofs with that tag.

SharePoint integration settings

PageProof will validate the connection and make SharePoint available for FinalFile delivery. You can also connect SharePoint and OneDrive to the same PageProof team.

Delivering the final approved file

When a proof receives final approval, PageProof delivers its approved file to SharePoint if the proof contains a configured SharePoint delivery tag.

Once delivered:

  • The final approved file is sent to the selected SharePoint document library and folder.

  • No proof metadata is sent to SharePoint.

  • The proof’s audit trail records the delivery.

No exporting, downloading, or manual uploading is needed. PageProof handles the delivery for you.
