FinalFile® delivery lets PageProof automatically send final approved files to Bynder as soon as a proof receives final approval. This removes manual downloading and uploading, helping ensure approved assets reach your Bynder account consistently.
Every FinalFile delivery is recorded in the proof’s audit trail for full visibility and governance.
Requirements for FinalFile® delivery to Bynder
To set up the Bynder integration, you’ll need:
An Enterprise PageProof plan
Team admin permissions in PageProof
A Bynder account
Your Bynder portal domain
A Bynder client ID and client secret
A Bynder brand where final approved files will be delivered.
How to connect Bynder to PageProof
A team admin can connect Bynder to PageProof from the team’s app settings.
Step 1
In Bynder, as an administrator, go to settings then OAuth app. Click add new app and complete the following information:
Application name: Enter the name of the application, e.g., PageProof
Integration: Select Other
Integration name: Enter the name of the application, e.g., PageProof
Grant type: Select Client credentials
Assigned user: We recommend using a service account, e.g services@acme.com
Check on the following scopes:
Assets: asset:read and asset:write
Metaproperties: meta.assetbank:read
Click Register Application.
Step 2
Copy the Client ID and Client Secret of your application.
Step 3
In PageProof, click your avatar and select team then integrations. Find Bynder and enable the integration.
Step 4
Enter the following information:
Portal domain
Your Bynder portal domain, for example,yourcompany.bynder.com.Client ID
The client ID for your Bynder API application.Client secret
The client secret for your Bynder API application. This is stored securely and appears masked once saved.Brand
Select the Bynder brand where final approved files will be delivered.Delivery tags
Add the tag or tags that identify proofs for Bynder delivery, such asBynder.
PageProof will validate the connection and make Bynder available for FinalFile delivery.
Delivering the final approved file
When a proof receives final approval, PageProof delivers the approved file to Bynder if the proof contains the configured Bynder delivery tag.
Delivery tags are not case sensitive.
Once delivered:
The final approved file is automatically sent to the selected Bynder brand.
The proof’s audit trail records when the delivery occurred.
No exporting. No downloading. No uploading. PageProof handles the automated delivery for you.
