PageProof & Jira

Connect Jira and PageProof to bring creative review and approval into your project workflows.

Written by Gemma

The PageProof integration for Jira helps marketing, creative, and production teams manage approvals alongside the work already being tracked in Jira.

Use the PageProof integration for Jira to:

  • Reference a proof to a Jira issue

  • See a proof summary comment in your Jira issue giving you vital proof information at a glance such as:

    • the current workflow step

    • count of comments, to-dos, dones,

    • count of decisions

    • proof status, and more.

  • When the proof is given final approval, the approved file can be automatically uploaded directly into the Jira issue as an attachment.

To use the Jira integration, you’ll need to be:

  • A PageProof team admin

  • A Jira admin with permission to install or authorize apps, and access to the relevant projects.
