FinalFile® delivery sends approved files to Dropbox, so they arrive in the right folder without manual downloading or uploading. When a proof receives final approval, PageProof delivers the approved file if the proof has a configured Dropbox delivery tag.
Requirements for FinalFile® delivery to Dropbox
To set up the Dropbox integration, you’ll need:
A Teams Plus or Enterprise PageProof plan
Team admin permissions in PageProof
A Dropbox account with access to the folder where approved files will be delivered
We recommend connecting a dedicated services account, so delivery isn’t tied to one person’s Dropbox account.
How to connect Dropbox to PageProof
A team admin can connect Dropbox from the team’s integration settings.
Step 1
In PageProof, open your team settings and select Integrations.
Step 2
Select the Dropbox tile. Sign in to Dropbox with the account you want PageProof to use for delivery. PageProof will validate the connection and make Dropbox available for FinalFile® delivery.
Step 3
Click the manage cog on the Dropbox tile.
Set up where approved files will be delivered:

Delivering the final approved file
When a proof receives final approval, PageProof delivers its approved file to the selected Dropbox folder if the proof contains a configured Dropbox delivery tag.
Once delivered:
The final approved file is sent to the selected Dropbox folder.
The proof’s audit trail records the delivery.
No exporting, downloading, or manual uploading is needed. PageProof handles the delivery for you.
