Using search folders

PageProof’s search folders are dynamic and can be created by searching for a proof tag, name, message to reviewers, file type etc.

Saved search folders will stay and automatically show other proofs that match the search criteria as they are created. These folders are a great way to keep track of a campaign, project or customer. When you are finished with your search folder, simply close the saved search.

Creating a dynamic search folder

Step 1

On the dashboard, search for a tag, or part of the proof name – for example search for:

  • A project number

  • Customer reference

  • Campaign name

The search will automatically save as a folder found on the left-hand side of your PageProof screen.

Delete the search folder when you are finished with it by clicking x.
