If you would like to set the status of multiple proof to be ‘new version required’ you can do this using a bulk action on your dashboard.
To set multiple proofs to the status ‘new version required’
Step 1
On your dashboard, click the cog icon.
Step 2
Select set status: new version required.
Step 3
Select which proofs you’d like to set to the status ‘new version required’ status by marking them with a tick. You will only be able to tick proofs that you own.
Step 4
Click yes, set status.
