When viewing a proof, there are two ways to navigate through other proofs in the same collection.

  1. Via the collection icon

  2. Using keyboard shortcuts.

Using keyboard shortcuts

Use the keyboard shortcut shift + right arrow, or shift + left arrow to move through to the next or previous proof in the collection.

Tip: Click the magic tools icon on the proofing screen to see all keyboard shortcuts.

After you leave your decision on the proof, the next proof you need to review will automatically load in for you. Learn how to control the automatic opening of the next proof in the collection in this article.
