Moving an existing proof into a collection

You can drag and drop an existing proof to move it into a collection on the dashboard, or manage the proof via its manage pane. It’s easy, here’s how.

There are two easy ways to add an existing proof to a collection in PageProof – using drag and drop from your dashboard, or from inside the proof itself.

To move a proof into a collection

From the proof’s manage pane:

Step 1

Click the cog icon on the proof tile, or at the bottom right of the proofing screen, to open the manage pane.

Step 2

Select collection.

Select 'collection' in the manage pane

Step 3

From here, you can:

  • Add the proof to an existing collection

  • Create a new collection

  • Remove the proof from a collection

Fast, flexible, and done right where you’re working.

From the dashboard:

Step 1

Ensure your current collections list is expanded first (click the arrow next to collections).

Step 2

Make sure the proof tile is on your dashboard (look into your inbox, sent, or use the search).

Step 3

Hover over a proof tile on your dashboard (the cursor will change) and drag and drop the proof tile onto the collection name.

Note: You must own the proof and the collection folder to be able to do the drag and drop. If you put the proof into the wrong collection, you can remove the proof from the collection – read how to do this in this article.
