If you have several files, for example; several PDFs, jpegs, pngs, Illustrator, or Photoshop files – using the handy combine feature will result in a single proof being sent out to reviewers. Reviewers can then view the files in a single screen, and leave a decision with one click.
To view the combined proof’s files in a single screen, and leave your decision
Step 1
Open the proof, and click the page grid icon.
Step 2
In the page grid view, use the zoom to increase the size of the thumbnails.
File names will be displayed under the thumbnails.
Step 3
Leave your decision by pushing the green button at the bottom of the screen.
