To combine multiple images or PDF files into a single proof

Step 1

Either drag and drop, or select multiple files from your computer that are either PDF, images (.jpg, .png, or .tiff (flattened)), Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files.

Note: All files must have unique names.

Step 2

When prompted, click combine to create a single proof.

Reviewers can then view the files in a single screen, zoom page thumbnails to quickly glance over the proof, before approving in the same screen. Learn how.

Tips:

  • Files will be combined in order of file name alphabetically.

  • Downloading the proof will download a zip file containing all the files used to combine into the single proof. You can access this download in the proofing screen, or on the proof tile on the dashboard if the proof owner has enabled this.
