It’s just one click to combine multiple images, PDF, MS Office, .ai, or .psd files, or animated gifs to create a single proof in PageProof.

To combine multiple images or PDF files into a single static proof.

Step 1

Either drag and drop, or select multiple files from your computer that are either PDF, images (.jpg, .png, or .tiff (flattened)), Illustrator, Photoshop, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files.

Note: All files must have unique names.

Step 2

When prompted, click combine to create a single proof.

Reviewers can then view the files in a single screen, zoom page thumbnails to quickly glance over the proof, before approving in the same screen. Learn how.

To combine multiple GIF files into a single web proof.

Step 1

Either drag and drop, or select multiple files from your computer that are .gif files.

Note: All files must have unique names.

Step 2

When prompted, click combine to create a single proof.

Combining animated gif files together into one proof

Reviewers can then view the animated gifs in a single web proofing screen.

Tips:

  • When viewing a combined file of GIFs, you can change the background color and add a border to the GIFs.

    Change the background color, or add a border around the GIFs

  • Files will be combined in order of file name alphabetically.

  • Downloading the proof will download a zip file containing all the files used to combine into the single proof. You can access this download in the proofing screen, or on the proof tile on the dashboard if the proof owner has enabled this.
