Zapier ( lets you connect web apps together using 'zaps'. PageProof can send zaps to your other web apps such as:
  • Asana
  • Trello
  • Wrike
  • Slack
  • DaPulse
  • Teamwork
  • Basecamp (1, 2 & 3)
  • Google Sheets
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • and 750 others!

Zapier in the intermediary between PageProof and all of your connected applications. You can setup a 'zap' which has the following flow to it:
    Trigger > Filter > Action    (where the filter is optional)

PageProof sends triggers for the following events:
  • Proof started
  • Proof To-do list returned
  • Proof approved

An example of this, using PageProof connected to Google Sheets:

  1. When Zapier gets a trigger from PageProof for 'Proof started'
  2. Find the Google Sheet named "Production jobs"
  3. Add a row to the sheet with Proof name, Proof owner and Due date 

Each and every time a proof is created by anybody in the PageProof Team or Enterprise license, it will add a new row to the "Production jobs" sheet.

Another example may be using PageProof with Trello:

  1. When Zapier gets a trigger from PageProof for 'Proof started'
  2. Create a new card in the Production board, in the 'Incoming' list
  1. When Zapier gets a trigger from PageProof for 'Proof approved'
  2. Move the card from any list in the Production board to the 'Approved' list

You can use the filters to sub-select any information coming in from the trigger to make further decisions on. For example, look for a job number, or a particular person.

To connect PageProof and Zapier together, you first must be on a PageProof for Teams or PageProof Enterprise plan - and have access to your Teams menu.

  1. Login to PageProof and go to the Teams menu (under the top/right avatar)
  2. Go to Integrations, turn on Zapier and click Manage Zaps
  3. Login to (or create) your Zapier account
  4. Accept the invite to join the PageProof Zapier integration and create your first zap
