Spell check helps reviewers easily spot potential spelling errors directly on the proof. A comment containing a spelling suggestion can quickly be made with a click.

Important: Beta release

This new feature is in beta, so please note the following:

  • Currently, one dictionary is supported – English (US). Dictionary options are on the roadmap for H2-2025.

  • The spell check analyzes text that the text highlighter pen sees. Please always review the proof thoroughly as some text maybe text images that cannot be seen by the text highlighter pen.

  • A personal dictionary containing words to ignore, for example a brand name e.g., PageProof, is on the roadmap for H2-2025.

Please send any feedback via the in-app chat on your dashboard.
