Release date: 24 January
New feature
PageProof Intelligence Insights on Dashboard
We’ve added PageProof Intelligence® Insights to the Dashboard, giving you a smarter, at-a-glance view of what’s happening across your proofs.
These insights highlight work that may need attention – such as stalled or overdue reviews – and help you prioritise what to focus on next, without opening every proof.
Note: Insights are indicative and should be reviewed before taking action.

Enhancement
Easier date selection for reports
We’ve made it much faster to choose a date range when running reports.Instead of manually setting start and end dates every time, you can now select from handy presets, including:
This month
Last month
This quarter
Last quarter
Custom – manually set a specific date range when you need it.
This update makes it quicker to generate accurate reports, spot trends, and compare performance over time – without the extra clicks.
PageProof release: v10.30
Release date: 6 January
New features
Collection status and progress
You can now see the status and progress of collections at a glance. Each collection displays:
An overall status (Empty, Not started, In progress, or Completed)
A progress bar showing review and approval progress
A completed count (for example, 2/8)
Team administrators can also see this information directly on collection tiles in the team collections area, making it easier to track progress across multiple collections and take action when needed.
New webhook: Proof updated
We’ve added a new webhook event called Proof updated, giving you visibility when key details on a proof change.
This webhook triggers whenever proof information is updated, such as:
Proof name
Due date
Reference text and/or integration reference such as Asana task, monday.com item, etc).
