PageProof release: v11.7

Release date: 9 July

Enhancements

  • Mark all notifications as read

Keep your notifications tidy with a new Mark all as read option. Instead of clearing notifications one by one, you can now mark every notification as read with a single click — making it even quicker to get back to reviewing and approving your work.

    Mark all as read

  • Quick access to PageProof design plugins

Finding the right PageProof design plugin is now easier. Under your profile → apps, you'll find quick links to download all supported design plugins and add-ins, including Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects), Adobe Express, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), QuarkXPress, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

Everything you need to connect your favourite creative tools with PageProof is now in one convenient place.

PageProof release: v11.6

Release date: 6 July

Enhancement

  • Comment labels now available on Teams Plus and Enterprise

Comment labels are now available on both Teams Plus and Enterprise plans, making it easier for more teams to organize and manage feedback.

    Adding a label

Create and apply custom labels to comments, then filter feedback by label to quickly focus on the items that matter most. Team administrators can configure labels to suit their review process, helping reviewers prioritize feedback and keep approvals moving.

PageProof release: v11.5

Release date: 3 July

Enhancement

  • More red pen markup in compare mode

You can now add multiple red pen markups to a page when using Compare mode.

Previously, the red pen tool was limited to a single pin, line, or box per page. Now you can add as many annotations as needed, making it easier to highlight multiple changes and review version differences faster.
