Scheduled proofs let you choose exactly when a proof is sent to reviewers. It’s a great way to ensure proofs are sent at the right time – during business hours, across time zones, or in sync with campaign launches.
Scheduled proofs is a feature available on the Teams Plus and Enterprise plans.
To schedule a proof
Step 1
On the proof setup screen, click the schedule send icon next to the send proof button, and select schedule send date.
Step 2
Select the date and time you want the proof to be sent. Then click schedule proof. The icon will turn orange.
Tip: Click on the schedule send icon to view/edit.
The proof will now sit in your outbox and the proof tile will indicate that it is a scheduled proof.
To edit the send date/time
Step 1
Click the i icon on the profile tile to open the proof’s info pane.
Step 2
Click the 3 dots icon to edit the date and time. You can also choose to the send the proof immediately by selecting send now.
