What are Dashboard Insights
Dashboard Insights are smart summaries shown on your dashboard that analyze proof activity and surface key signals, such as:
Proofs that may need attention
Proofs that appear stalled or blocked
High-priority work you should focus on next.
They help you understand what’s happening at a glance, so you can take action sooner and keep work moving.
Where you’ll see Dashboard Insights
Once PageProof Intelligence® is enabled by a team administrator, Insights appear directly on team member’s dashboard.
Data access and AI use
PI Insights on the dashboard is a PageProof Intelligence® feature and must be enabled by a team administrator
Your data is not used to train AI models outside of the PageProof Intelligence® platform.
Enabling PI Smart Tags
Step 1
As the team administrator, click your avatar and select team, then settings. Turn on PageProof Intelligence®.
Step 2
Toggle on PI Insights on Dashboard.
