Powered by PageProof Intelligence®, these insights analyze the content of a proof and surface areas that may need attention. The goal is to help reviewers focus on the most important changes and potential improvements – without needing to manually scan every detail.
What are PI Insights in proofs
PI Insights in proofs use artificial intelligence to analyze a proof and highlight potential issues or improvements.
When enabled, reviewers may see AI-suggested markups that indicate areas worth reviewing. These suggestions are designed to help reviewers:
Identify potential issues quickly
Focus attention on areas that may need changes
Review proofs faster and more confidently.
Insights act as guidance for reviewers. They do not change the proof itself and reviewers remain in full control of what feedback or decisions are made.
At this stage, PI Insights in proofs work on static proofs only.
Where you’ll see PI Insights in proofs
When the feature is enabled, insights appear directly on the proof screen.
They provide a summary of suggested markups that reviewers may wish to consider while reviewing the proof.
These insights help reviewers quickly understand where attention may be needed before they begin adding their own comments.
Data access and AI use
PI Insights in reporting is a PageProof Intelligence® feature and must be enabled by a team administrator
Your data is not used to train AI models outside of the PageProof Intelligence® platform.
Enabling PI Insights in proofs
Team administrators can choose whether PI Insights in proofs is enabled or disabled by default when new proofs are created.
This allows teams to decide how they want to introduce AI-assisted review into their workflows.
Step 1
As the team administrator, click your avatar and select team, then settings. Turn on PageProof Intelligence®.
Step 2
Toggle on PI Insights in proofs. Select the default for new proofs.
A team administrator must enable PageProof Intelligence® features before insights become available to reviewers.
