Smart Tags let you search for proofs using natural language – not file names or folders. Simply describe what’s in the creative, such as “blue packaging with butterflies” or “summer sunscreen bottle on yellow background”, and PageProof instantly surfaces the right proof.
Smart Check uncovers the hidden details inside your creative assets – details you can’t see just by looking at the artwork. It analyzes images, PDFs, video, and audio files to surface Content Credentials, such as creator details, tools used (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Firefly), and whether content was generated by AI.
Smart Check analyzes and presents:
Content Credentials on image assets, PDFs, video, and audio files.
Essential information including:
Dimensions, fonts, colors (including spot colors)
Color profile, and linked assets
Checking of links (email proofs)
Bitrate (data transfer rate) is an indicator of audio quality (for audio files)
Sample rate (number of samples per second), affecting sound fidelity (for audio files)
Channels – mono or stereo configuration (for audio files).
Smart Compare highlights differences between versions with precision – from pixel-level adjustments to invisible details like font changes, color profiles, linked assets, metadata, and resolution.
Used alongside Smart Check in compare mode, it gives you a complete picture of what’s changed, including shifts in embedded metadata and Content Credentials such as creator details, tools used, or AI-generation indicators.
