A collection’s manage cog lets you rename, move, share, archive, or delete the collection. You can also use it to add or move proofs.
What you can do depends on your permissions and how you’re connected to the collection.

What is the collection setup?
The collection setup is the information shown when you open the manage cog. It includes the collection’s name, creator, location, description, and sharing settings.

Some people can view the collection setup but can’t change it. People with full access can edit these details and manage the collection.
Full access
You have full access if:
You created the collection.
You’re a Team Admin with Proofs access for the collection’s team.
Share with my team is enabled for the collection, you’re on the collection’s team, and Create proofs is enabled for you.
With full access, you can change the collection setup — including the name, description, location, and sharing settings. You can also add and move proofs, archive the collection, or delete it.
Limited access
If the collection is shared directly with you, and Create proofs is enabled for you, you can add and move proofs and view the collection setup. You can’t change the collection setup unless you’re a member of its team.
View-only access
If you own or co-own a proof in the collection, you can view the collection setup, but you can’t change it or add proofs.
If you’re only a reviewer or editor on a proof, you won’t have access to manage the collection.
A few things to know
A collection can only be deleted when it’s empty.
You need full access to delete a collection.
To move a collection into another collection, you need full access to both collections.
To move a collection out of another collection, you only need access to the collection you’re moving.
Being a Team Admin doesn’t automatically give you access. A Team Admin with Proofs access has the additional access described above.
