Collections: creating multiple proofs at once

Upload related files together, set shared details, and send them through the same workflow. You can also customize setup details for individual proofs before sending them.

Create multiple proofs

Step 1: Add your files

On your dashboard, drag and drop multiple files, or click the file dropper icon to select them from a location. You can select files of different types. To select multiple files in the file picker, hold down the Command key on Mac or the Ctrl key on Windows as you select them.

Step 2: Complete the shared setup

The shared setup applies to all the proofs you’re creating. You can:

  • Add the proofs to an existing collection, or click the plus icon to create a new collection.

  • Add tags to help identify the proofs, such as a job number, project name, or client name.

  • Choose a workflow template for the reviewers, or create a workflow from scratch.

Step 3: Customize individual proofs (optional)

To change details for one proof, click its file thumbnail.

You can update that proof’s:

  • Name

  • Tags

  • Reference

  • Due date and reminders

  • Settings for Download, Share Link, Digital Signing, Invisible Reviewer Comments, and PageProof Intelligence PI Insights.

When you’re finished, click Back to shared setup to return you to the shared setup screen.

Tips for managing collections

  • Add, change, or remove a proof’s collection: Open the proof’s manage pane and select Collection. Click × to remove the proof from its current collection, select a different collection to add the proof there, or click + to create a new collection and add the proof to it. Learn more.

  • Drag a proof into a collection: Hover over the proof tile, then drop it onto the collection on your dashboard.

  • Navigate through proofs in a collection: The collection sidebar appears in the proofing screen for easy navigation. Learn more.

  • Organize collections into folders: In the Collections area of your dashboard, drag collections into folders. Learn more.

  • Manage team collections: Team administrators can create and manage their team’s collections. Learn more
