Get to know your PageProof dashboard

Explaining the different areas of your dashboard: Inbox, Sent, Outbox, Approved, Recently Viewed, and Everything.

Written by PageProof Team

Your dashboard helps you manage proofs you’ve been asked to review and proofs you’ve created and sent to others. Use the dashboard views to find proofs by their status, and create collections, folders, and subfolders to organize related work.

Dashboard views

The views on the left-hand side of your dashboard group proofs by where they are in the review process: inbox, sent, outbox, approved, recently viewed, and everything.

The new dashboard sidebar

Inbox

Your Inbox shows proofs that need your attention.

  • Reviewers: Proofs in proofing where you need to leave your decision.

  • Proof owners: Proofs returned with a to-do list, or proofs awaiting a new version.

Outbox

Your Outbox shows proofs that are still being prepared or need more setup before they can be sent to reviewers.

  • Proof owners: Proofs that are processing, have a file error, or are awaiting setup, such as a workflow.

Sent

Your Sent view shows proofs you’ve sent to reviewers that are still waiting for approval.

  • Proof owners: Proofs that are in proofing.

Approved

When a proof receives final approval, it appears in Approved for quick access.

  • Reviewers and proof owners: Proofs that are approved.

Recently viewed

Find proofs you’ve opened recently and quickly return to your work.

Everything

Find all the proofs you’ve been involved in.

Organize work with collections, folders, and subfolders

Use collections to group related proofs — for example, by client, campaign, or project. You can create a collection from your dashboard and add proofs to it.

To keep your dashboard organized, place collections inside folders and subfolders. You can create subfolders up to five levels deep. This lets you build a structure that suits the way your team organizes its work.

Search and filter proofs

At the top of your dashboard, use search and filters to narrow down proofs by details such as status, creation date, or due date. You can also change the sort order.
