Why is my collection showing “Not started” in the Outbox?
If a new collection of proofs in your outbox shows Not started, it usually means that one or more proofs in the collection is not ready yet.
This can happen if a proof is:
Still processing, or
Showing a file error.
Because a new collection of proofs are sent together, the collection will only start once every proof in the collection has finished preparing successfully.
What to do next
Step 1
Go to your dashboard outbox to view the proofs inside it.
Step 2
Check the status of each proof and resolve any issues.
If a proof shows a file error
Drag and drop the file onto the file dropper icon on the proof tile to correct the issue.If a proof is processing
Wait for the proof to finish processing. Larger files may take a little longer to prepare.If a proof remains at 10% processing and doesn’t progress further
A proof that remains at 10% usually means the file was not successfully sent from your computer up to PageProof. Try replacing the proof file.
Once all remaining proofs in the collection are ready, the collection will send out and move from your outbox to your sent box.
If you want to send the rest of the collection
You can delete the proof that has the issue, and the remaining proofs in the collection will be able to send.
