If you have found you made the wrong decision on a proof, and the proof is still in proofing, you can change your decision. Here’s how.

To change your decision on a proof that is still in its proofing workflow

Reviewer or mandatory reviewer

On the proofing screen, click the decision icon at the bottom right of the screen. Then select the alternative decision. Then confirm you’d like to change your decision.

Gatekeeper

Your decision has been vital to the flow of the proof. If you have approved the proof to move on, your decision can’t be undone.

If you have sent a to-do list, please contact the owner of the proof and they can revert the to-do list so the proof is back in proofing.

Approver

If you have sent a to-do list, please contact the owner of the proof and they can revert the to-do list so the proof is back in proofing.

If you have given the proof final approval, please contact the owner of the proof and they can withdraw the approval so the proof is back in proofing.

All changes in decisions will be audited and shown in the audit record for the proof.
